About GX7 | Plumbing & Heating Engineers in London & Kent
GX7 Services Ltd is a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating company based in Grove Park, SE12. It was set up in 2023 by director Harmeen Singh, a Gas Safe engineer with 6 years experience in domestic heating.
We're a team of four engineers – no subcontractors – including a G3-qualified engineer for unvented hot-water cylinders. We're a Worcester Bosch Installer and Vaillant Advance Installer, and we install, service and repair boilers for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across South East London and North West Kent.
The engineer who surveys your home is part of the same team that installs it. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts.
How We Work
We believe good service starts with clear communication and continues through to careful, professional workmanship.
Clear Advice
We explain what we've found, your options and the cost, and tell you honestly if a repair makes more sense than a new boiler.
Professional Workmanship
Our engineers take care with the work they carry out. Dust sheets down, neat pipework and the site left clean.

We keep customers informed about what we find and what happens next, without unnecessary jargon.
