Which Baxi Combi Boiler Is Right for Your Home?
We fit three Baxi combi boiler ranges. The right one depends on the size of your home, how many showers run at once and where the boiler needs to go.
Before we recommend a model, we check your gas supply, mains water pressure and flow rate, and work out the heat your home needs. You get the model and output in writing on your quote.

Your Baxi Boiler Guarantee: Up to 10 Years
System Filter Fitted
The Baxi 800 Combi 2 comes with an Adey MagnaClean Micro2 system filter, which must stay fitted and be maintained for the full 10-year guarantee. Baxi 400 and 600 installs get a magnetic system filter to catch sludge before it reaches the boiler.
Registered with Baxi
We register your boiler with Baxi within 30 days of installation and complete the Benchmark checklist, both required for the full manufacturer guarantee.

Commissioning & Notification
Radiators balanced, Benchmark checklist completed and Building Regulations notified through Gas Safe.
Guarantee Registered

Installation
Usually 1 day for a like-for-like combi swap, 2–3 days for system boilers or conversions. Any time without heating or hot water is agreed with you first.

Benchmark completed, Building Regulations notified, your boiler registered with Baxi, and your controls explained.
