We fit three Ideal combi boiler ranges. The right one depends on the size of your home, how many showers run at once and where the boiler needs to go.
Before we recommend a model, we check your gas supply, mains water pressure and flow rate, and work out the heat your home needs. You get the model and output in writing on your quote.

An Ideal System Filter on Logic Max and Vogue Max (a magnetic filter on the Atlantic), plus a scale reducer on the cold mains.
Commissioning & Notification
Radiators balanced, Benchmark checklist completed and Building Regulations notified through Gas Safe.
Guarantee Registered
We register your boiler with Ideal within 30 days, so your guarantee is in place.

We look at your gas supply, water pressure, flow rate, radiators and the best spot for the boiler and flue.

Your recommended Ideal model, output, guarantee length and price in writing, with no hidden extras.

Installation
Usually 1 day for a like-for-like combi swap, 2–3 days for system boilers or conversions. Any time without heating or hot water is agreed with you first.

Commissioning & Handover
Benchmark completed, Building Regulations notified, your boiler registered with Ideal, and your controls explained.

Aftercare
An annual service keeps your Ideal guarantee valid. We'll remind you when it's due.
