Are GX7 engineers Gas Safe Registered?

Yes. GX7 Services Ltd is Gas Safe registered (no. 935610). All work is carried out by our own employed Gas Safe engineers, not subcontractors, and one of our engineers is G3-qualified for unvented hot water cylinders.

Do you provide boiler installation and replacement?

Yes. We install combi, system and heat-only boilers from Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm and Main, and convert tank-fed, system and back boilers to combis. Installations start from £1,650 with a 5-year guarantee, or from £2,350 with a 10-year guarantee. See Boiler Prices & Warranties for details.

Can you help if my boiler has stopped working?

Yes. We repair all major brands, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, Main and Potterton. We're open Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00 and Saturday and Sunday 09:00–12:00. Any charges are confirmed before we visit and agreed before any work starts. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first.

Do you provide boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks?

Yes. Combi boiler standard services start from £70, and we provide landlord gas safety certificates (CP12). An annual service keeps your boiler safe and is required by most manufacturer guarantees.

How can I request a quote or book a service?

Call or WhatsApp us on 07931 092087, or use the form on this page. For a like-for-like boiler swap, photos of your boiler, flue and pipework are often enough for a fixed written quote. Conversions and system boiler jobs always get a free site survey.

What guarantee comes with a new boiler?

Up to 10 years on selected boilers, or up to 12 years on selected Worcester Bosch models (manufacturer terms apply). We are a Worcester Bosch Installer and Vaillant Advance Installer, and we register your guarantee with the manufacturer.

Should I choose a combi or a system boiler?

A combi usually suits flats and homes with one bathroom and good mains pressure. Homes with two or more bathrooms are often better with a system boiler and unvented cylinder, which gives strong showers in every bathroom at once. We test your water supply and recommend the right option at the survey.

Do you offer 24-hour emergency call-outs?

No. We don't offer a 24-hour service. We're open Monday to Sunday 05:00–00:00, and we'll always do our best to help with urgent breakdowns, emergency plumbing leaks within those hours.

Do you give written quotes?

Yes. Every installation gets a fixed written quote before any work starts, showing the boiler, guarantee, controls and any extra work. No hidden extras.
